TAC Help When You Need It

I would like to say thank you, Reynolds and Reynolds, for having Vernon as one of your techs on the help lines. I was recently trying to do my Direct Deposit transfer to our bank. Unknown to me, the file was somehow erased. I spent three hours on the phone with the bank, and they had no clue how to help me. Their answer was to cancel the direct deposit and to do manual checks. For me, that was not an option.

At the last minute, I decided to call Reynolds to see if someone could help. It was 5:00 p.m. when the bank told me they could not help me anymore because they were leaving for the day. When I called Reynolds, Vernon answered and fixed my three hour problem in three minutes.

I should have called Reynolds and Reynolds first!
